Preparing a national court system for novel conditions and new challenges.
Across a two-year initiative, Amy partnered with the research leadership of a national organization of state supreme courts to guide the development of scenarios exploring how technology, public trust, private-sector involvement, emergencies, data, and workforce change could reshape the delivery of justice.
OUTCOME
The work surfaced six critical vulnerabilities and gave national, state, and local court leaders a practical basis for action.
